Working Conditions

Females are 90% of the workers in sweatshops because they are "easy to manage" according to the video. Workers did not have education at youth, so without education they cannot get a proper job. They are payed 30 cents per hour and have to work at least 12 hours a day. The working conditions are very poor for the workers. In the US, mainly the adults of the family are the workers in the family after commonly receiving education. The wages are better because of the laws made for minimum wage, appropriate hours each day, and proper working conditions. These are all common for businesses in the US because of the work laws made.

The workers happiness is very low, but the productivity is very high because they can get payed extra if they do more work. If the workers happiness were to increase, productivity would likely decline. Workers happiness will only increase if they get more money, if they get more money then the productivity will go down because they will not have to work as many hours.
